Nostalgia: #73: Growing up so fast

Last week, Nuffnang emailed me to join Johnson's My Kid's Growing Up So Fast contest. I couldn't join the contest because I was having a blogger's block. All my posts were product reviews and events that I have attended lately. Few days ago, Nuffnang reminded me of the contest again but I really couldn't squeeze-in creative juices and I find it hard to publish a more decent post.

Today, I think otherwise. I should have joined the contest because the swim wear that I bought a month ago doesn't fit my daughter anymore and it costs much $$. She's growing up too fast. See my post here. I am not complaining but rather surprised how she's grown up, really fast. Seeing my daughter swims in different strokes just reminds me how she started two years ago, swimming in a wrong stroke. Today, she already knew freestyle, backstroke, breast stroke and butterfly. Her coach believed that she could be a swimmer someday with few polishing, speed and techniques to improve. I am not aiming her to be a swimmer but if it leads her to, why not? I think that swimming is sure a lot of fun to her more than health benefits. Oh girl, I should enroll myself in a swimming lesson too with all the floods happening around the globe.

  1. I always admire kids that are into swimming kasi its a very healty workout lifestyle. Too bad my girl does not like swimming at all. Way to go sis, suportahan ang talento ni bunso pARA madevelop ng husto. Baka maging olypian pa yan.. Salamat sa comments, mwah!
